How do I create an account on LuvlyPlay?
Download the LuvlyPlay app from the App Store or Google Play, tap "Sign Up," and follow the on-screen instructions. You can register with your email address or sign in with Apple / Google.
How do I track my order?
After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also view order status in the app under My Account β Orders.
What is the return and refund policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at support@guangmg.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5β10 business days after we receive the returned item.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.
How do I delete my account and data?
You can request account deletion by emailing support@guangmg.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request." We will process your request within 30 days and confirm once complete. Note that some data may be retained for legal compliance purposes.

When will Guangmeng Mall be available?
Guangmeng Mall is currently in active development. You can preview the beta version at mall.guangmg.com. Subscribe to our newsletter or contact us for updates on the official launch.
